Cinnamon's opened it's doors in 2016 - the fruition of a dream and a passion of Carole Fixter to provide locals and visitors alike with a truly amazing fresh-baked perfect cinnamon roll experience. Since the beginning, Cinnamon's Bakery quickly became a new favorite in Estes Park. Tucked away on Fall River Road in a seemingly residential area, this little bakery was off to a busy start. Glowing reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor and exuberantly-shared Facebook posts bring in so many people that we sell out of our delicious rolls nearly every day. Carole decided this was a good time to focus on her family and two other successful businesses.
Joining the Cinnamon's family is our new Pastry Chef (and co-owner), Brian Goddard. Brian brings a great wealth and diversity of experience to our kitchen. He has been in the restaurant business for 20 years and has worked as an executive chef at busy Atlanta area restaurants and high end steak houses since he graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta (culinary school) in 2012. He is very excited to increase production of the sometimes elusive cinnamon rolls at Cinnamon's! He also brings his beautiful family - wife, Sarah (co-owner) and two young children, Ethan and Lyla. All are very much looking forward to being a part of the Estes Park community!
Baking begins by 3 a.m. with love and an old family recipe. Cinnamon's has a small menu, offering five types of cinnamon rolls: classic (with as little or much incredibly yummy cream cheese frosting as you like), sticky pecan rolls, raisin-filled, salted caramel and a daily-changing fruit-filled roll. We also offer a gluten-sensitive blueberry muffin (amazing!), and premium Kind coffees.
We truly care about our products and our customers, and it shows in the details of the business. From the fresh, high quality ingredients used in the recipes to premium coffees and beverages, the love is in the details. We also care about our community and have been (and will continue to be) involved in donations to local groups, churches and individuals in need.
Our current operating hours are 7:30am to 10:00am (or until sold out) Wednesday - Sunday *starting May 27th.* While historically we have often sold out early, we will strive to have rolls enough to last until close. Of course, to guarantee your rolls, you can always pre-order by calling 970-480-1501 by 6:00pm at least the day before.
